Sandy Cove: Merge Tales ("the Game") is a casual merge puzzle game. We designed the current version to work without collecting any personal data. This page explains what the Game stores, what it does not, and your choices.
None. The current version of the Game does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There is no account system, no analytics SDK, and no advertising SDK in this version.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details. Google's handling of payment data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Purchases can be managed and refunds requested through your Google Play account.
The Game is suitable for a general audience. Because we collect no personal data, no personal information is collected from children either.
Upcoming versions may add optional Google Sign-In (for cloud save) and advertising. If and when these features ship, this policy will be updated before release, the app listing will reflect the change, and any new data use will be opt-in where required by law.
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or erase on our side — your data lives on your device and is under your control. If you have questions or requests under GDPR, CCPA or similar laws, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
